"VPN Virtual Server Client and Server"
UltraVPN allows, through a simple interface, to remotely connect and disconnect VPN servers. It is a client that also acts as a VPN server and is able to encrypt the connection to the Internet.
This feature may be of interest to you if you want to control your use of the network, either individually or corporately, or for privacy reasons.
